Individual part or serial production


We produce high-precision individual or serial parts according to your specifications. Our 3D CAD systems enable seamless machining of all common formats and designs. Perhaps you only have a sketch or a rough idea? Then first of all our Design and Development department will spring into action and work on a suitable solution jointly with you.

High material availability for short delivery times


Our comprehensive stocks mean we can react swiftly to your requests and keep delivery times short (typical stock: 1.4301; 1.4571; AlMg3; S235; S355 available off the shelf in all common thicknesses).

Nitrogen cutting for steel up to 6 mm


Our in-house nitrogen production means you benefit from low-cost nitrogen cutting for steel up to 6 mm. This gets rid of the need for expensive post-machining processes, such as time-consuming removal of oxides for coating. Send us your request direct online.

As your full service partner, we also offer you various further processing options for your laser parts, done either direct by us, or by selected partners. This saves you time and money.

Automated deburring to perfection


We debur all stainless steel parts automatically as standard on our 2-stage grinding machine, on one or both sides. You benefit from wonderfully rounded edges.

Bending with absolutely minimal toolmarks


By employing the latest technology and using only new bending tools with enlarged intake radii, we reduce toolmarks to the absolute minimum.

  • Part identification, name plates and consecutive numbering of individual parts using a laser marking system (working range: 406 x 305 mm, max. height of part: 100 mm) 
  • WIG, MIG and MAG welding
  • Stud welding with AS Schöler + Bolte technology
  • Spot-welding with DALEX technology
  • Drilling, countersinking and thread cutting
  • Rounding (roller width: 1500 mm, max. thickness 3 mm)
  • Surface finishing via glass bead blasting, grinding and brushing
